The start to the new der FIA European Truck Racing Championship was capped off with two podium finishes for Steffen Faas’ Scania truck which will be sponsored by Mabanol once again during this season.
A lively performance on a warm summer day at the Adriatic coast helped Steffen Faas to work his way up to 12th in the first race and after delivering a much-improved performance in the second race of the day he managed to climb up to 10th place, thus securing a podium finish and the second place in the Promoters Cup.
On the second race day on Sunday Steffen Faas came just short of finishing in the top 10. By finishing 11th, he still managed to finish on the Promoters Cup podium.
