The specific characteristics of vacuum pumps place particular demands on the required lubricant. It needs to reduce friction and wear and at the same time contribute to the achievable vacuum quality, have excellent sealing properties and absorb heat. It has to withstand high vacuum conditions with minimal evaporation.
The new Mabanol Vacuum Pump Oil is suitable for use in vacuum pumps that require HLP oil. It can be used for the lubrification of crankcases as well as for mist-lubrication. It shows high material compatibility as it does not harm plastics. We provide the vacuum pump oil in viscosity grades 32, 46 and 100.
