Mabanol Stamp 340 ASR Eco is a chlorine and mineral oil-free ester-based cooling lubricant with EP additives and lubricating components that ensure excellent surface finish and low tool wear. The neat oil is used undiluted for the heaviest forming and stamping work, for fine blanking and deep-drawing as well as cold massive forming of alloyed and non-alloyed steels. The product is based on renewable raw materials and has been proven to contribute to a reduction in CO2 and an improved ecological balance compared to mineral oil-based cooling lubricants.
