The first international agricultural fair was held in Nov Sad, Serbia, in 1931. At the exhibition cattle, pigs, stallions, sheep, and goats, as well as veterinary medicines, fodder, seeds, equipment for feeding pigs were presented. This year marked the 90th anniversary of the fair. The Novi Sad Fair has become the largest and most important exhibition for farmers in Southeast Europe. It brings together all significant actors of agribusiness and representatives of economic branches that rely on agriculture, from Serbia and the world.
At this year’s fair the latest technical and technological achievements in agriculture, the application of science in agriculture, exhibitions of organic food, as well as those with designations of geographical origin, the richness of the domestic gene pool, the most modern agricultural machinery, products, and services from the most remote corners of the world were presented.
Our distributor Agropanonka has been exhibiting at the agricultural fair for more than 27 years. This year they again presented a wide range of Mabanol lubricants, as well as a very special Mabanol barrel at the fair. The company converted Mabanol barrels into a small vehicle delighting young and old and thus became a popular attraction. The „Mabacar“ is an exhibit specially designed for the fair and made from reused Mabanol barrels. With Mabacar, Agropanonka can make a small contribution to sustainability and “upcycling” when dealing with recyclable materials.
