Last weekend the fifth round of the season took place at the Autodrom in Most, Czech Republic. Steffen Faas and his team had arrived early and were able to familiarise themselves with the track in summery temperatures. On Friday during qualifying and on Saturday – the first day of the race, the weather showed itself from its best side. Steffen Faas also showed a good race and finished in ninth place and thus in second place in the Promoters Cup.
On Sunday the weather changed and it rained all day. Steffen started from 12th place and was able to fight his way up to 10th place when the race had to be stopped early due to heavy rain. With the final result of the day, the Scania driver was able to secure another podium position in the Promoters Cup.
The next race will take place at the Circuit Zolder in Belgium - the sixth round of a total of eight rounds of the European Truck Racing Championship.
