On 12th of June – after several weeks of cessation of any racing activities due to the corona virus restrictions– the test drives of the FIA ETRC could finally take place in Most, Czech Republic. The truck racer Steffen Faas could at last relish driving the newly labeled Scania race truck of the Tankpool24 Racing Team at the Autodrom. The weather was changeable, alternating between sunny and rainy, enabling Faas to test the truck on dry asphalt as well as – after some rainy showers – under difficult conditions. At the end of the day Steffen Faas was satisfied with the engine and cannot wait for the first race start of the season scheduled for August.
The whole Mabanol team keeps fingers crossed for the Tankpool24 Racing Team and the driver Steffen Faas for a successful season!
