Mühlner Motorsport (Mabanol Premium Motor Oil Team) celebrated their second win of the season in the Cayman GT4 Trophy by Manthey-Racing on Saturday as part of the VLN Nürburgring endurance Championship. Moritz Kranz and Nico Menzel (#979) were once again the winning drivers followed by #966, Mathol Racing coming in at second and Thorsten Jung, Fidel Leib and Alex Schula (#969, Mühlner Motorsport/Mabanol Premium Motor Oil Team) sitting in third in the standings.
Bernhard Mühlner (Team Principal Mühlner Motorsport) said the following on the win: "That was a glorious achievement by Moritz and Nico. The whole race was a fine achievement as our second car secured third place in the Cup3 Class and also made it to the podium so there is no doubt that this was simply a perfect weekend!"
